By accessing or using Rabbit Hole, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Rabbit Hole is an AI-powered interview preparation platform for data science roles. The service includes practice problems, AI-generated feedback, and progress tracking across SQL, statistics, product sense, and behavioral interview modules.

Accounts

Some features require a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Subscriptions and Payments

SQL practice is free, and every new account includes one free interview session. After that, you can buy individual practice sessions for $3 each, or subscribe to Rabbit Hole Unlimited for $9/month, which includes every case. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

AI-Generated Content

Feedback, evaluations, and coaching provided by the platform are generated by AI models. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content should not be treated as professional advice. Use your own judgment when applying feedback to your interview preparation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI systems, sharing account credentials, or using the platform to generate content for purposes other than personal interview preparation.

Intellectual Property

Practice problems, datasets, and AI system prompts are the intellectual property of Rabbit Hole. Your stories, responses, and practice work remain yours.

Limitation of Liability

Rabbit Hole is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for interview outcomes, hiring decisions, or any damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
