What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide. When you use the platform, we store your practice progress, checkpoint results, and AI session data to personalize your experience.
We also collect usage analytics — pages viewed, buttons and links interacted with, practice activity such as SQL queries you run, and interview transcripts — along with your browser type and a truncated form of your IP address (we never store the full address). Analytics events are kept for 12 months and then deleted.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve the Rabbit Hole service: tracking your progress across modules, personalizing practice recommendations, and generating AI-powered feedback on your responses. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase for authentication and data storage
- Stripe for payment processing
- Vercel for hosting
- Anthropic and OpenAI for AI-powered features
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, plus a first-party anonymous identifier used for analytics and for keeping experiment variants consistent between visits. If you arrive from an ad, we use conversion-measurement pixels from the ad network that referred you (Google, Meta, or Reddit) to measure signups and purchases.
Data Retention
Your practice data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us at the email below.
